As Marketing and PR Director from 2109 to 2021, I led all marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives. Among other duties:

Conceived, developed, and evaluated marketing strategies to support the company's mission and strategic plan.
Developed marketing strategies for audience acquisition, retention, and cultivation.
Was responsible for brand identity & awareness, traditional and digital marketing, communications strategies, advertising, promotions, and social media.
Created, designed, developed, produced, and delivered all marketing communications materials.
Designed and developed a new WordPress website and was responsible for content creation and maintenance.

WEBSITE

Upon starting at Renaissance Theaterworks, I realized that their Muse website had many design and functionality issues. In addition, I learned that Adobe would stop supporting the Muse platform in March 2020. Building a new website became a priority. We chose WordPress as the new platform. Together with the internal team, we determined a new navigation structure and I worked with a web developer to design the website and improve functionality and SEO. I wrote/edited copy and was in charge of web updates and maintenance.

These social media posts are part of a branding campaign conceived to reposition Renaissance Theaterworks as a theater company working to promote women in theater, onstage and off, and to improve gender equity in the arts. Renaissance Theaterworks is the second oldest professional theater company in the U.S. dedicated to this mission.
